yoga for sciatica

Exercise for women with Cerebral Palsy?
I’m 27, 4′11″, 109 lbs. I was born with spastic cerebral palsy, and while the muscles are naturally toned and contracted, I’d like to start a basic exercise routine that won’t cause too much pain. I have sciatica in both legs, arthritis in my knees and ankles, and become easily fatigued. I’ve tried basic yoga poses, and have found that some of the more diffucult poses are incredibly painful. Any suggestions?
Do you have a pool? Or a YMCA you can join close buy. the best thing you can do is excercise in water. This will be very easy on the joints and give you better flexibility. Also if you can swim at all. Swimming is great. Anything in the water is better than the hard ground. The Y even has classess. Also excercises in a chair will be esier on you. sit in a chair while you lift weights. Hold each leg up for 10 seconds at a time if you can sitting in the chair. This puts less stress on your knees and joints.
